Hao Rongguo (Hanfeng), male, born in 1957, from Shijiazhuang, Hebei. Formerly served as a standing committee member of the Hebei Provincial Political Consultative Conference. Currently serving as a member of the Cultural and Historical Museum of the Hebei Provincial Government, a professor at the College of Arts of Hebei Provincial University, the president of the Hebei Chinese Painting Research Association, the director of the Chinese Painting Art Committee of the Xu Beihong Painting Academy, a member of the China Artists Association, and a national first-class artist.
